This collaboration brings together Samson Forth Associates’ extensive engineering design and analysis expertise and Project Engineering Management’s (PEM) experience in challenging project management activities to deliver enhanced solutions offered to both organisations’ clients.
The Directors of both companies have previously worked together on the successful delivery of a wide range of projects including training courses, development of QA and management systems, oil & gas mobilisations, design & analysis of lifting equipment and modification of 3rd party equipment.
The alliance will focus on three key areas:
Engineering Excellence: The Samson Forth team will continue to develop and supply bespoke technical solutions incorporating innovations whilst ensuring the highest standards of engineering quality are met.
Project Management Expertise: PEM will provide comprehensive project management and support services, including procurement, documentation, budgeting and scheduling to ensure efficient management of projects from inception to completion.
Turnkey Offerings: The businesses will work together to offer a turnkey solution covering concept and detail design through to procurement, build and delivery with a single point of contact for project management for the duration of work.
The Directors of both companies have previously worked together on the successful delivery of a wide range of projects including training courses, development of QA and management systems, oil & gas mobilisations, design & analysis of lifting equipment and modification of 3rd party equipment.
The new alliance will look to capitalise and build on this previous track record as both companies continue to grow their respective client base and service offerings.
With PEM based in Aberdeenshire and Samson Forth located in North East England, the alliance also gives respective customers access to a wider supply chain with hands on management in both locations.
